According to the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Haibu Space, Bernard Lee, the key to providing great customer service is to establish open communication with each member, listen to their feedback, and make adjustments that cater to their specific needs.

Being a part of a community has always been central to Haibu Space’s mission. Being part of a community makes one feel included and also encourages them to share their experiences.
